The Organisational Capacity and Development Programme is intended to enhance the capability of the organization. SACCORD should address its organizationall and programme management inadequacies as part of its long term plan. The programme will focus on strengthening the governance and management capacities, improve systems and standardize operating practices, improve staff skills and facilitate regular statutory reporting and forward planning. The Executive Director will be responsible for implementing this programme and he will be assisted by other administrative staff including the Accounting Staff and Administration Manager. Regular monitoring and evaluation activities will be included in the programme log frames. It is intended that at the end of the strategic plan, SACCORD will have a strong Board, experienced and capable management as well as a highly competent staff capable of implementing programmes of high standard and quality.
